I love this idea sooo much!  I had students who always seemed to forget where they were in the writing process.  I love that they can just look at this sign and know exactly what to do next.  I also love how she has a little picture to help them remember what to do.

 I know this is meant for younger grades, but you could easily adapt it.  I love how students know their goal and if they forget, they can go look.  I also love that they can see future goals.  Wonderful idea!
